What is a Legal Remedy

Administrative Remedy is a formal process that follows the Uniform Commercial Code.  It is the process that creditors use to establish debt and the liability thereof but in reverse.  Using administrative remedies, it is possible to “unwind” debt obligations and actually create liabilities against your creditors.  Once you create a liability against your creditor you can then negotiate to extinguish each other debt or collect money from your creditor.
