What is a Legal Remedy

The reason that our program is so successful is because we use legal remedy whenever necessary.  If you have a credit repair company trying to fix your credit, they have no real incentive to fix your credit quickly because they get paid monthly.  The sooner they fix your credit the less money that they make.  If they can stall your credit repair for seven years then your credit will actually fix itself and they will make over $8000.  That is why credit repair companies never employ legal remedy.  The legal remedy gives the creditor an opportunity to cure the problem with a letter of intent to sue. Then if the creditor or credit bureau fails to honor your request you actually sue them with our help.  That is why our company CEO is currently suing all three credit bureaus for $1 billion.  This is a very effective tool and allows us to resolve most credit problems in 3-6 months.
