Non Adverse Positive Credit Theft

Non-Adverse Positive Credit Theft is Bigger than Identity Theft  by Dr. Michael C. Grayson

You’ve heard of identity theft, right? Well believe it or not this crime is even bigger than identity theft. In fact, these crooks are getting away with over $900 billion a year.  Non-adverse positive credit theft refers to the process of removing a consumers positive non adverse credit accounts over time in an effort to gradually lower the consumers credit score so that the consumer can become a victim or excessive fees and inflated interest rates.

The FCRA states that, “§ 605. Requirements relating to information contained in consumer reports [15 U.S.C. § 1681c]

(a) Information excluded from consumer reports. Except as authorized under subsection (b) of this section, no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information:

(1) Cases under title 11 [United States Code] or under the Bankruptcy Act that, from the date of entry of the order for relief or the date of adjudication, as the case may be, antedate the report by more than 10 years.

(2) Civil suits, civil judgments, and records of arrest that from date of entry, antedate the report by more than seven years or until the

governing statute of limitations has expired, whichever is the longer period.

(3) Paid tax liens which, from date of payment, antedate the report by more than seven years.

(4) Accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss which antedate the report by more than seven years.5

(5) Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years.”

This is the provision that is designed to remove all of your bad credit and let you restart your credit  automatically every year.  However, the credit bureaus have turned this into the most powerful financial weapon in history.  Although this provision is only for adverse credit the credit bureaus know that you don’t understand the law and wrongly believe that all of your credit resets every seven (7) years.  This common misconception has led to the largest scam in the history of the planet.

  • According to the Fair Isaacs Corporation the inventors of the FICO credit scoring system, your length of credit history is 15% of your credit score.  Which means that by secretly removing your non adverse positive credit the credit bureaus can reduce your credit score by up to 15%.  That is not enough for you to get turned down or notice, but it is enough to ensure that you never get the lowest rates on the market or qualify for large cash loans.  In America if you have a 720 credit score you are technically a millionaire because you can access up to a million dollars in business and personal credit.  That is unless your credit has been sabotaged by non-adverse positive credit theft.  That is why the average credit card interest rate is 20%, which seems mathematically impossible in a country where good credit gets you a 0% interest rate credit card.  Now keep in mind that consumers spend close to 15 trillion on houses, 2 trillion on cars, and 200 billion on credit cards.  You do the math.  That extra 5-10 percent across trillions means a bonus of nearly $1 trillion a year for credit bureau subscribers.
  • Currently I am engaged in a legal battle with Equifax because they have removed over thirty-four (34) positive credit accounts from my credit in the past six (6) years.  Even though I still have an 800 credit score they have killed my access to capital and low rates.  That is the true goal of the credit bureaus in partnership with their subscribers.  Its okay to buy stuff but don’t try to get a loan to improve your financial situation or start a business.  Don’t ever try to come out of credit card debt.  That is why once you are in debt you can’t seem to get out.
  • Equifax has hired Seyfarth Shaw, this is actually their third law firm in this lawsuit.  This law firm has two attorneys fighting me on this case and one of them is a partner, so you know these guys mean business. Unfortunately for me I don’t have an attorney.  I have tried unsuccessfully for four (4) years to get an attorney, but all were afraid to fight this battle against these two goliaths.
  • My 501c3 nonprofit Credit and Debt Management Institute has set up a hotline to help those individuals who are suffering from the same problems with the credit bureaus.  Their only power is that of fear.  They know that you are either afraid or that you can’t afford to fight, that is why you continue to get raped by your creditors. Now there is help.  For more information or to make donations for this groundbreaking lawsuit please call our hotline at:
  • This is currently the biggest crime in America. Bigger than drug dealing.  Bigger than Ponzi schemes.  Let’s show these crooks that we are stronger together.
